2013 COTTAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A DEPOSIT of $300 per week is required at the time of booking on each cottage rental. If not paid at the time of booking, the cottage will be held for only 2 weeks and will be automatically cancelled if no payment is received.
If a deposit is made and the reservation is cancelled before December 31st 2012 a refund of $200 will be applicable. If cancelled after December 31st 2012 there will be NO REFUND.
A SECOND DEPOSIT of $300 per week is required on the 2-bedroom cottages, trailers and the 3-bedroom cottage to be received no later than March 31st 2013. If the reservation is cancelled no less than 31 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of $200 is applicable.
A SECOND DEPOSIT of $700 per week is required on the 4-bedroom cottage to be received no later than March 31st 2013. If the reservation is cancelled no less than 31 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of $200 is applicable.
BALANCE in full is due 31 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled after that date there will be NO REFUND.
All renters will be responsible for damages to the cottage or contents and any excessive cleaning required upon departure. Payments for damage or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your credit card. Credit cards must be valid a minimum of 40 days after your stay with us. Any persons who leave the cottage in an unacceptable condition could be denied access to our park. You will be required to sign a damage deposit form upon check in.
