2025 RENTAL ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
CAMPING CABIN, COZY-CAMP TENT & GUEST HOUSE
Prior to April 1, 2025, a minimum 7-night booking is required for reservations in our high season. Shorter stays may be reserved for less than 7 nights, for May, June, September and October. A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, minimum three nights over holidays.
After April 1, 2025, reservations are accepted for stays less than 7 nights, within that calendar year. A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and during July-August; minimum three to five nights over holidays.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of rental fee is due upon booking (or full payment based on time of booking.) Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $13 booking fee applies to all reservations and is non-refundable.
Reservations for 2026: Reservations for 2026 are open January 13, 2025, and must be made in person, or through our office at info@summerhousepark.ca or by calling 519-795-7712.
A deposit of 50% of the current year’s rate is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment will be due April 1 of the upcoming year, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations will only be accepted by email to info@summerhousepark.ca. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.
All renters will be responsible for damages to the cottage or contents and any excessive cleaning required upon departure. Payments for damage or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your credit card. Credit cards must be valid a minimum of 40 days after your stay with us. You will be required to sign a damage deposit form upon check-in. Any persons who leave the cottage in an unacceptable condition could be denied access to our park.
