How to purchase a used trailer at Summer House Park.

• Browse the current list of trailers for sale within the park or come visit us to have a look. You may print the "Current Trailers for Sale List"
• If there is a trailer that interests you, contact our office and talk with one of our seasonal camper specialists for site details and important information regarding seasonal camping with us. Use the "REQUEST A SEASONAL CAMPSITE" button to send us your contact details.
  
• Contact the trailer owner directly using the contact information listed to discuss the purchase of the trailer. 
• Before you purchase a used trailer we want to meet you!  DO NOT purchase a trailer situated in our campground without first speaking with our office team.  We are here to help you through the process and ensure that you have all the information you need about our campground and the purchase of a used trailer.
• If you don't see something that interests you now, be sure to check our website regularly for updates.

Note: The trailers listed here are either situated on a campsite in our park or are located in our sales lot. Please note that the sale price may include the current seasonal site fees already paid by the owner of the trailer but DOES NOT include all administrative fees associated with our campground. Anyone interested in purchasing a trailer located in the park must first speak with a park representative prior to purchasing a trailer. New seasonal campers must first be approved by management.
